Digital Products

All digital downloads, including personalized rituals, guides, and volumes of Grayscual's Almanac, are non-refundable once purchased.To cancel future subscriptions, please refer to our Subscription Policy.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for defective physical items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us at support@grayscual.com with your order details and photos of the issue.

Returns & Refunds

Domestic Orders: Unopened packages returned and marked Return to Sender will be refunded, minus the cost of shipping.

International Orders: Orders refused at customs or returned from international locations will not be refunded.
