Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase. If you do not receive one, please check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at support@grayscual.com for assistance.

Once your order is being prepared for fulfillment, a shipping label will be created, and you will receive an email with tracking information.

  • Fulfillment Time: Up to 5 business days (does not include shipping time).
  • Shipping Time: Varies based on the courier and shipping method selected at checkout.
  • Delivery Estimates: Once your order has been picked up by the courier, we have no control over the package’s arrival timeframe.

Shipping Insurance

  • USPS Priority Mail & International Mail: Includes insurance through the courier.
  • USPS First Class Mail & International Mail: Does not include insurance.
  • All UPS packages: Include insurance through the courier.

If you want additional insurance beyond the standard coverage, email orders@grayscual.com immediately after receiving your confirmation email. Additional fees may apply, as determined by the courier.

Returns & Refunds

  • Domestic Orders: Unopened packages marked Return to Sender will be refunded, minus shipping and handling costs.
  • International Orders: Orders refused at customs or returned due to failed delivery attempts will not be refunded.
  • Abandoned Packages: Orders marked as "Abandoned" by customs or couriers are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Grayscual is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the courier:

For UPS claims:

  1. Create a free account on www.ups.com.
  2. Enter your tracking number and select File A Claim.
  3. Follow the prompts to submit proof of loss or damage.

UPS claims may take up to 8 business days to process. If you need assistance, contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS or email us at support@grayscual.com with your order details.

Incorrect or Incomplete Address Information

We are not responsible for orders with incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend it.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for all import fees, duties, and local taxes.
  • Colognes and perfumes cannot be shipped internationally due to airline restrictions.
  • Failed international deliveries are considered abandoned and will not be refunded.

Shipping to Canada via UPS

UPS shipments to Canada may be subject to brokerage fees based on the value of your order. You have the option to self-clear your package by contacting UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and requesting the necessary information.
